      The management is not only employee friendly but also puts a lot of emphasis on work life balance in APAC region.

      The process keeps changing constantly that sometimes it's too overwhelming to stay on top of these changes

      Pros

      Not much to say. The ability to work remote, although the new CEO mentioned he wanted to bring people back into the office.

      Cons

      The salary is low compared to the market, the annual bonuses and merit increases are a joke (they don’t even cover inflation), no career growth, the company has some of the most toxic people I’ve ever worked with in my professional career, lots of company politics and dancing around people’s toes, leadership is stuck in their old ways and nothing ever changes, HR doesn’t care about you. There were 3 different CEO’s in my less than 2 yrs at the company if that is indicative of anything. Toxic. Toxic. Toxic.
