Syneos is a great place to work. Being commercial consultants to pharma and biotech, you stay on the cutting edge and consistently challenged by innovation without all the baggage of working for big pharma. The company is agile and progressive always challenging the status quo. Management respects their team, supports them and listens. You have the opportunity to support the commercial efforts of start up without the risk of being employed by a start up and the opportunity to impact the commercial success of the next blockbuster without selling your soul to big pharma.

Cons

Pay is competitive, benefits aren’t bad but could be better. Would expect more paid time off for experienced employees.
