Business Outlook
Pros
Whole week between Christmas and New Years off and paid. Friendly co-workers. Some work from home days if you're lucky. Overall, it's a good company to work for if you're new to the industry.
Cons
Difficult and lengthy process to get promoted. Pay is low compared to other CRO's in the industry. No bonus. Very high turnover rate. Workload can become heavy depending on the time of the year. Management is just mediocre. PTO and benefits weren't spectacular. The INC employee medical plan actually got worse after the merger.
