I work with a great team of individuals and great managers. Flexible schedule, competitive salary, with ability to advance

Cons

Too much change in the organization with the merger - disruptive to day to day work. Becoming more and more "corporate" as the company has gotten larger with the merger: for example, health insurance and paid time off has changed negatively.

Job gets repetitive and tedious at times. Can be very stressful. Lots of overtime is needed as you rise through the ranks.
