      Pros

      There is not reason to join this Company. I worked in Commercial Compliance team (London office). I rate my experience as learning from the negative experience.

      Cons

      There at to many to list. There is no collaborative spirit. There is no work life balance. Company too big. In my case there was micromanagement with new Director Joining. Everyone looks like the same. There is no diversity and multi-cultural environment. I rated it a 1 start place to work.

      Pros

      Flexible hours (if you are ready to work a lot). Homeworking. It is better to well deal when you accept the position.

      Cons

      Inefficient tools, HR and IT (both outsourced) and management. Poor training on Syneos tools or processes so a lot of time wasted to look for information in several locations. A lot of IT issues and tools updates. Too many reporting tasks to management through tools providing discrepant information. Your career depends on your manager. Managers are there to evaluate not to support. Support may be very poor or even counter productive. Stress++++ and work/personnal life balance is often bad.

      Pros

      Friendly people who try don try to mentor and support, but are stretched too thin due to high turnover and business unit inefficiency.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Turnover is worst I have ever seen in corporate setting. No bonus pay incentive but expect you to work 50-60 hour weeks in some groups. Heavily line managed.
