Cons

As a newcomer, unfeasible workload with no or little guidance. Not paid enough for workload they expect out of you. No opportunity for upward mobility, though your workload will suggest otherwise...

No progression, everything is based on the US meeting their numbers, they miss - you get nothing. No incentives, lots of long hours, and processes with not a lot of gain. Working for 2.5 years with 0 progression to date, but increased revenue.
