Before you even start working, you will be subjected to an HR background check process as if you’re applying for a government job. Then, you’ll face an HR onboarding that involves quite intense material, leaving you with no time to deliver results in your area of expertise. There are frequent meetings, leaving very little time for effective work. The work systems are additionally demanding, further reducing the time for effective work. As a result, you automatically start working 9-10 hours just to keep up and deliver quality in your domain. The manager is constantly stressed and from the beginning does not provide proper instructions or onboarding to clarify what is expected of you and what resources you have at your disposal. In the end, you might even be unceremoniously fired without any justification. In one word: a big corporate farce.
