      Pros

      Interesting projects and a wide range of services. Some excellent people working keeping the ship going.

      Cons

      Extremely unstable since the company was taken private, many good people being made redundant in large waves. Not clear that the owners know what they are doing. Leadership non existent, no clear planning or communication from executive leaders.

      Pros

      Pay was great. I think Syneos is one of the higher paying CROs out there.

      Cons

      I was part of the INC Research team before it became Syneos; which changed the corporate culture significantly. My new LM was also my CTM on my project assignments; which created a conflict of interest. He was Argentinian and had been relocated by the company to Canada. He was geographically and culturally challenged. Geographically he was constantly assigning me an East Coast CRA central and western based sites. Culturally, he didnt collaborated it was rather him trying to bark orders at me.
