Toxic Culture - Declining number of contracts so pressure and infighting within departments - Bullying and belittling management - Culture of escalation and blame shifting - Chaotic and ill defined operational processes that leads to poor relations with sponsors and a poor service offered - Some colleagues are personal friends of management so can act with impunity - No training or support from management so services to sponsor are often poor - Workload is very large you are signed to 20 or sometimes over 30 projects. The projects themselves have been won on a false prospectus ( large scope of services with very few hours assigned) - Access to PTO is refused and PTO often changed so management can take the preferred holiday dates and times. If the department I was in is typical of the whole company then I would avoid. I was worked to the point of burn out and belittled and bullied by management.
