Pros
This is a great place to get into pharmaceutical sales. Training is flexible and contracts vary. Opportunities to work with different companies. Recruitment is quick and managers are super helpful with admin work.
Cons
As contract, sometimes the client chooses to end early, and you would be let go with no severence. Payout of commissions is super late compared to other companies. In one case, I did not receive a payout because I left before the disbursement was issued-usually on the first of the quarter following. Not always a role in every market if you are RIFd
