Dependable management, decent pay, work vehicle, and great recruiters to help find another contract if your current ends or you are laid off.

Cons

Not all of the syneos contracts are great. If the contract they are working with wants you to be micromanaged, syneos must follow their rules. You are always at the mercy of the other company's decisions.
