Pros

Solid pay for Serbia, flexible working time, ability to work from home or office.

Cons

Company would rather employ someone new than give promotion to it's current employees. Promotions are based on time you are working for company, not performance. Company doesn't give monitors to all of it's employees, which is really sad.

Pros

Pays more than most jobs that don't require any degrees or experience to acquire the job, and the job isn't too hard.

Cons

The job can pile up with work, and the promises they make as far as getting raises every 6 months are definitely not true, and that's not just from my own experience, that's from many others that are a part of my group.
