Cons

It is difficult to maintain strong connections with Syneos Health when your contract embeds you in the pharmaceutical company. If the contract role you are in is eliminated and you are laid off from the pharmaceutical company, Syneos Health gives you 5 business days to find and be offered an interview for a new contract position. There can be confusion between SH contracted employees and the pharmaceutical companies direct hire employees.
