-Constant Line manager changes - I noticed brand new coffee machines in the office in 2022 (keep in mind the building had new ones installed upon opening in Dec 2018 and the previous ones were only used in 2019 since the office closed due to COVID) - These machines are at least $15,000.00 a piece... that money could have been used more wisely - Ultimately in 2022 I noticed employees dropping like flies (layoffs) which continued up until now - 3 CEO changes since 2022 - that should tell you something - This the type of company they are talking about when they say "Don't kill yourself for a job that can replace you in a week" - They have laid off employees/managers that I thought the world of, while keeping others that I'm sure work hard, but did not leave a lasting impression on me.

The decisions made at this company are mind boggling. Firing half the staff and then not having enough people to do the work. They expect you to be 95% billable so naturally budgets are getting blown out and going into write-off. Management is reactive instead of proactive. Many people do not know what they are doing and this is very noticeable relative to other CROs. It is very disappointing to work here. Morale is low and those who didn't get laid off are trying to leave or have left the company. Raises this year were abysmal and if you were lucky enough to get a promotion you were given half of what you should have received. I don't recommend anyone take a job at this company as you will regret it.
