Please avoid working here if neurodivergent or have a learning disability

There are none. Even the health insurance plan that they "offer" is deducted from your paycheck.

Cons

It is not a place to work at if you are a person with a learning disability or some other neurodivergency. They love to claim that they are ADA compliant and that there you're "allowed to make mistakes". Well, as someone with ADHD and slow processing speed, that wasn't the case for me and they decided to terminate me within 2 months.

Like the opportunities, and the people in leadership at the line manager levels.

Cons

- not quite as people-foused as upper management wants to advertise. - Very high turnover rate in the industry, but we could fix that since everyone I know leaves because of higher pay elsewhere. However, Syneos does not pay current employees what they pay new ones, so naturally, there is constant churn. It seems unlikely to be cheaper to retrain over and over as opposed to increasing individual pay to ACTUAL market pay rates.
