Pros
The best reason for working here was the people I got to work with - there are so many talented people. There are also opportunities to work with so many different clients and on a vast amount of study designs that there is constantly a learning opportunity around every corner.
Cons
Too many layers. The company supposedly went through restructing to remove the number of layers, but actually achieved the opposite. There are too many people/layers sitting in positions that they are not capable of. Additionally these are high paying roles which means that others that are lower in the ranks have to work their socks off even more. There is no recognition of true talent. No noticeable efforts to retain talent. These past months, so many talented people have left because of inadequate management. People are so overworked and there is no company culture anymore. I loved working for this company and stayed for so long but since Clinical Reimagined was introduced the spirit has been destroyed. What's worse is that nobody listens to the employees. Employees are not given an opportunity to voice serious issues that are occurring in the company that Management are totally oblivious of. Managers have no respect and assign work to employees without engaging with them to understand their current workload/capacity to take on new work. Such a disgusting mentality to let some of these people sit in positions with high wages/sign on bonuses when they don't even know the basics of a respectful relationship/partnership. These people push the most loyal of employees to the brink of dispair to a point where they don't care anymore and up and leave the company (a place where they had been happy for so many years).
