Pros
Great for entry level positions. Most employees here apart from management are great people. The office atmosphere is professional, yet lively and fun. You will meet people from all different types of backgrounds and fields of education.
Cons
Lots of passive agressive drama and terrible communication between departments. Some people in upper management are cocky and think they know everything simply because they have been in this industry for a long time, and there is one person in particular who acts like this and everyone in the office knows this individual and the vast majority of people that know this person share this sentiment, so just watch out/ignore them. The company is incredibly cheap. I have been here for over 3 years and your average raise will be somwhere in the 1.5-2% range no matter how well you perform so you might as well just do the bare minimum required as per your job responsibilites. This company does not give yearly bonuses of ANY kind and you will likely have to wait at minimum 4-5+ years of working there before getting any type of meaningful promotion to a higher position. Prepare to be gaslit if you get the wrong manager(s). Your medical coverage will be overpriced. Beware of the company's vesting schedule if you plan on contributing to a retirement account. The only reason I am staying here to complete my 4th year is so that my 401k match stays vested. Yes, that's right - your 401k match is not 100% vested unless you work for over 4 years. Remember, your bosses are not your friends no matter how much they make you feel like they are; they are simply there for metrics and to make themselves look good to their bosses.
