Syneos rewarded reasonably, although this was changing at the point of me leaving. Physical environments were nice. Business unit teams (outside of HR) were really great people

Cons

The culture within the HR function is very very unhealthy and having taken some time to reflect after leaving (and heal) I feel it is important to share the experience. The behavior experienced from the very top of the HR function is negative, intimidating and demotivating. My mental health was affected and I did not realise how much until I left. Once out, I was able to understand and process this experience as the worst in my working life. Take care in considering joining HR here.

A paycheck, a company car, and other contracts to work on when your current contract ends.

Cons

If you’re a skilled sales professional, your talents are wasted here. The company only cares about the client, not their employees. They recently made us sign a noncompete in the middle of our contract. Total BS!!! Bonuses for top performers are underwhelming.
