Solid experience working with Syneos, have worked with several outstanding teams

Cons

Several system changes recently causing lots of growing pains, limited room for growth beyond CRA II, was hired for regional travel but assigned several sites 2 time zones away and even 3 time zones away sometimes.

I can only speak for my team - my immediate manager was amazing! She encouraged growth and pushed for promotions.

The REMS program I was working on ended. Our department did have notice. However, Syneos scrambled literally days before the program ended to interview candidates. Interviews consisted of 1 interview for ALL of the jobs you applied for (what a joke). So, if you applied for 3 jobs then you had a 3 in 1 interview. Some were offered positions, and a few days before the weekend (before we came back from the weekend to report back to work if offered a position) the program directors called a meeting to inform those with new “job offers” that the “new contract” they supposedly had was not set in stone and everyone would receive and email on how to submit back their equipment. IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOB OFFERS TAKE THEM OVER SYNEOS. Syneos does not offer job security!
