Contract roles have no stability, unrealistic productivity demands, no one I know of lasted a year, everyone quits

Syneos has its pros and cons. Loved my team but the company did not take care of us.

Strong company values at a corporate level. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Weak company culture at an office level. Poor work-life balance. Limited opportunities for advancement. Pay is not competitive. No bonuses. Poor HR management. Direct management affects everything. I would recommend leaving after a couple of years if you do not continue to advance.

Pays well and insurance is decent. Lots of autonomy with your work. If you work well in a learn as you go environment and thrive in high stress situations, this is the organization for you.

Cons

Extremely poor onboarding and training processes. Company culture is non-existent. Almost all employees are stretched too thin with their workload. Clear favoritism from management and lack of opportunity for growth.
