Pros
Depending on group there are some good departments to work in that have navigated the merger leadership and synergy changes well staffing up to account for growth.
Cons
Unfortunately still some groups living in the merger synergy environment that will continuously struggle as they are headed by untouchables. Company also continues to struggle financially in spite of what the books say - managing cash like a shell game and inconsistently paying vendors.
