Pros
If you are a starter and lucky to work in Research and Development team then you may learn something from there, but even in this case do not work more than 2 years. There are really no other pros.
Cons
1. If you are not a starter you will never grow there with the latest technologies, do not waste your time there. 2. Lack of professional managers. Managers really don't know what the management is. You should design yourself what the application should do. 3. Work/Life Balance there always equal to Work. You will not have a time for Life or You will be so tired and nervous that having a good sleep will be your life.. With one word everything is gray there even walls
