      Growth, it's open for new challanges. Managers employee relations is good . They are always encourages if you want to grow with your skills. Managing structure is good.

      Other coworkers and managers are friendly, working environment is nice

      Cons

      The training stage does not have that good experience, there is a lot to learn in a short of time and not too many people have time to help you out.
