      The work culture of Synopsys is pretty good and not at all toxic. It’s always a pleasure to work for such organisations.

      Everyone here is very supportive! If you want a solid company, stable career, learning opportunities and caring colleagues, this company is for you.

      Cons

      Many have been here for decades and still uses to the same systems. Management needs to bit more flexible with new ways of doing things.

      When I had good work to do, I was excited about doing it, good pay for position, fun work

      Only had good work to do less than half of the time, the rest was very bored, not very well organized for work load
