- Devs here have no interest in moving to modern tech which blocks other teams from moving to modern tech. - The internal tech stack and tools are trash, and Perl scripts are still being used to develop. Tech debt keeps on growing, and people are too narrow-minded. - Since the company is filled with old and arrogant folks, they are in their rest and vest mindset with no intention to do something new or learn new tech. - Bangalore has no good benefits and culture. No HR events. HRs are just living their golden life. - Recent new hires are a joke. Absolutely no quality in hiring and no standard process. Makes you question your worth. In few of the teams, recruiters don't even screen candidates. - They pay as per EDA standards to software engineers as well. The main reason why they are losing on good talents.
