1. Provided a Covid bonus to every employee but then fired most of the employees so don't know for whom that benefit was. 2. An amazing company to work if you are broke, haven't fed yourself for 1 month and hence need any kind of a job no matter how ruthless the employee conditions are in an office. (Pssstt... - Company scouts to hire these souls) 3. Compensation is at par with the best pro-bono / volunteering non profit firms. No seriously, the company does think twice to throw even 2 cents for all the hardwork you would have done throughout an year. 4. The HRs carefully listen to each and everything you have to share during an Exit interview. Before that they can only be seen broadcasting birthday emails to everyone and moreover are don't have employee focus in their curriculum. 5. The managers are well focused towards axing their own team's career so much that they forget to lead the team with a clear vision. They are so focused on the process and how the work should be done that it becomes a total blur why is the job being done. 6. A company with great technical minds who are present in the ratio of 1:5000. So if you are not in that lucky office then God save you from the Manager's wrath. 7. Most people feel dedicated and determined to join Synopsys after reading nice scripted reviews about this company on the internet and once they get to know the real picture post joining, they feel more so in changing their jobs sooner.
