As a company, they always look forward to diversify the investments and it is a pretty stable company. Always has a plan. Can feel a sense of security & peace. There are some great people around

Cons

Few Managers are old school and act like a gangster (lol). Sliding within the company is crazy and gives you Hell. Rewards and Awards are not based on merit. Opportunities & growth are provided based on years under you belt than the actuals. Diverse thoughts are never encouraged, but there would be external speaker sessions to promote innovative thinking (Dah!)
