Customer is the one of the world’s largest foundry. Some of them behave badly to engineers in Synopsys and so do Synopsys’ foundry support management team. As an engineer you will need to learn how to handle this. Your manager probably will try to please them and sacrifice you. Sometimes you cannot tell the truth. This is very challenging. Technical skill is not recognized. People who handle people well will be more recognized and promoted. The situation provided here is in Taiwan and worldwide may not be the same.
