      Pros

      I've been working for 1 year with CDC team in the VG group. Initial days were spent in getting accustomed to the environment. We had a Campus to corporate program, to ensure a smooth transition. Apart from this, we also had team-specific training. We have a healthy and flexible work environment. Team members are extremely supportive. I can contact anyone, and they are always willing to help. Management ensures that we have a proper balance between work and fun. We have frequent team lunches, day-outs, and parties. Even during WFH, we have fun-Fridays. Certainly, If a person is willing, there are plenty of opportunities here to learn and grow.

      Pros

      I joined through campus placement and the initial training process is crafted very well in terms of making a smooth transition from campus to corporate. Synopsys present an exponential learning curve which becomes overwhelming at first but once you fit in you see yourself doing a lot more in much less time. I find work here technically challenging which always keeps me engaged. Seniors are very helpful and they have guided me in every aspect of my work. Synopsys has an amazing work culture with a just right work-life balance. It is a great place to start your career. All the best.

      1. Very helpful team members 2. Get to work in different areas and can switch work 3. Get better opportunities at an early stage, get to work on customer requirements and communicate with them 4. Flexible timings 5. Good work life balance 6. Motivated through different awards and compliments if deliver good work 7. Very good managers 8. Very good compensation 9. Good staff service

      Cons

      1. Communication between different work groups is sometimes not good and thus sometimes hampers work 2. Not much celebrations during festivals, almost all festivals go like a normal day
