every one love to be called as SIR & Madam Salary & pays are low as per market standard Hike is often in single digit even if company performed well No team bonding Race to pull other down to raise there level No learning or skill development No support from senior No one bother to help every one is just result oriented . Late night & weekend working is a normal event

No real benefit virtual hype created for quality of work
