Highly skilled peers. Very good and professional environment. Flexibility with working hours. Lots to learn. Opportunities to travel. High-Tech company. Challenging problems.

Cons

Salaries could do better. Hard to stand out, as there are many highly skilled and hard working engineers. Niche industry, most of the EDA knowledge you acquire is not relevant in other software companies.

Good office atmosphere, good facilities, a lot of tools to help engineers, flexible working time and space, chance to work with a global team.

Cons

Not much so far. But since we work with a global team it's often that we have to attending a meeting at odd hours.

Highly technical work, constant challenges, work with people from all around the world, chances to travel, and a really good health care benefit.

Cons

Your salary never increases once you start working for the company, career growth opportunities are really limited, and the work market for the skills you learn in this company is almost non-existant in Chile.
