- WLB in some product teams - people here are nice

Cons

- Cost down, no salary hike. Salary is not competitive for mid-level engineer - Hiring freeze in some product teams, which add burdens to the engineer. - Limited opportunities, some positions are mainly maintaining existing features, and there is limited credits and career growth.
