everything related to your domain.not opportunities to develop anything new. they dont even care about the learning curve of employees at all. The senior folks are just useless. Very very few know analog design (mainly those who have previously worked in some other company)

- Health insurance to cover all the stress and moral damage inflicted by the toxic and unhealthy work environment at Synopsys Armenia - Interesting project are ruined by the top manager poor judgement, who can demotivate even the most motivated employee - Professional co-workers, but not a team, everybody afraid of the top manager

Cons

Lack of training SOP and short staff. No training but expect you to provide a great output in your assigned task. All tools are not user-friendly. Very manual and tedious work process.
