IT and facilities have too much say causing significant morale issues for the sake of saving very few dollars. Internal collaboration can be very poor. Internal growth and promotion can be difficult.

In the case of one director's group, whose team has been having a 90 percent turnover rate every two years. Merciless and ungrateful leadership. You will be led by horribly incompetent leaders, technical-wise. Low pay and no increment. Absolutely don't care about employees a lot.
