      work life balance just to say; in Korea it is joke though. not good place to work and learn people would not ready to share technical lessons because of hidden layoffs. SNPS Korea need slaves to work under them. outsiders , no work there. seniors are judging you on your looks, habits.

      away from HAN river with KIMchi. never listen Michael's song. non tech people controlling life of technical people. lot of dirty politics going on under a big US name,

      Limited everyday perks for a Silicon Valley software company Limited growth, mainly as an individual contributor Entrenched, older management Lack of rotation program Lack of pay transparency - It's an outdated attitude. Lack of gender diversity Unequal parental leave - Denying equal parental leave to men hurts new fathers and hurts women who are disproportionately burdened with child care. In the same vein.. Lack of child care center, even in HQ. Work can be monotonous if you are not highly driven by technical topics. Not the company's fault. Such is the EDA industry.
