9am to 6pm. Never need to work late. Compare to other software company, the pay isn't bad.

Cons

The headquarter is in U.S. So the promotion in remote site like Taiwan is harder than the colleagues in U.S.

Pros

generally a friendly work environment; the company tries to care for the employees in general and is reasonably flexible to meet employee's personal life needs. Very technical tries to hire the best.

Cons

no growth -- a dead end job from that perspective. Management is very technical but lacks leadership and management skills. A very top-down structure. Too much red tape at times.
