Hourly rate is pretty good because most of the times, we don't really work 8 hours a day

Leader in EDA, less stressful, most products are the best. Don't need to work overtime. And job security is quite high.

Cons

EDA industry is not growing as fast as other companies. Compensation is not as high too.
