      Good place to work with relax, not for growth

      Pros

      Good company culture. People are nice to each other in general. You can have work and life balance. Financially the company is pretty stable and strong.

      Cons

      Pay is not up to par. Management is focusing a lot on stock performance and cost control. There's a lot of old people working here and the company is lack of dynamics.

      No matter how much good policies and processes it has. The ignorant and 'bad' managers still can screw up employees.
