The money was good, besides the start of year when it takes four months to figure out my territory and comp package.

Cons

Constantly lied to about changes being made. Told not to tell co-workers what managers were letting you know about changes being made. New employees being paid the same as Sr. positions.

Growth opportunity is less Pay is average Company is good but needs innovation. Good for electronics engineering.

Cons

Full of politics and stealing work credibility of others. Never trust managers they just hire good software engineers and ask them to learn electronics. No collaboration in work People just roaming around manager and toxic behaviour. People working there are stuck in their job because they cant find work outside. Task are full of absurd work
