Pros
1. Company name is popular in industry. Good to have in resume. 2. High profit company. It is good if you can get shares while working in the company.
Cons
1. There are some interesting projects, but very rare. Most people do not get chance to work on them. 2. Most of the work are uninteresting work which have little value outside company. There are some junk work aggregated over decades also. Though they give awards for doing these work to make people happy. 3. Compensation is not competitive. 4. High work load.
