You have to use your own computer and work on corporate Citrix virtual windows desktop which is slow and clunky. No hardware equipment offered. They have unreasonable expectations from interns working virtually on slow Citrix environment and empathy was missing during trying COVID-19 times. There is very little knowledge sharing and some of my team members are very rude towards interns. One of them got angry with me and belittled me in my first week and is still very condescending. This was really upsetting. Expect a lot of grunt work and working on some insane ideas of your team that they cannot implement themselves. They conjure ideas on the fly and expect you to implement it in a jiffy. No overtime pay even though I work for 12 hours a day and also on weekends.

Old management is set in their ways and challenging to present new ideas. Many high level workers have been with the company for more than 10 years so there's little room for advancement.
