      Great manager, no micromanagement, great team and positive atmosphere. No petty politics or in-fighting.

      Cons

      Brand awareness in EMEA is a challenge at times but we have closed some major business with little to no brand awareness. Unprofessional comments from past employees

      Pros

      All tools and support are supplied to train one asap by the Company and Manager, combined with independence and drive of the individual I've never seen such a short but very structured/effective training process. There is a nice culture, people from different backgrounds but all can coop very well together. The benefits and work-life balance are also great. In my team, we are besides colleagues also friends.

      Cons

      Employees with positive mind should have NO cons at this great company - all tools & support (also from manager) are available to deliver success personally and for the company - there is no micromanaging, which gives space and enthusiasm to succeed

      Pros

      Solutions are outstanding and many of the employees are solid and good to work alongside. The direction of the company is good the the development of the Solution is strong. Customers are happy.

      Cons

      Management fails to value people and there is strong turnover among Developers, Field Engineers and Sales people. Many current employees are looking for new opportunities. May employees feel Management is looking to leave now that the company has been sold and care even less for the employees.
