work life balance, If you join the company, you can see most of the seat are empty(>80%), They still remote from home.

Cons

The base salary cannot compare with Tier 1 companies (NV/MTK/NOVA/RTK/GOOGLE). If you remove the ESPP or RSU increases in recent years, it's not competitive enough. The efficiency of working with other sites (in different countries) is very poor. For example, in Taiwan, Synopsys might still be considered a good company. However, in the US, it is not competitive enough. Projects take a long time to progress. The most important thing, the delay won't get reviewed. So nothing can do.

I feel the work life balance here is just perfect. Growth is very fast. Too many parties to chill and relax. They also offer multiple programs to further learn and grow.

Cons

Too much of a relaxing atmosphere. This company is best for the final retirement job.
