      Market leader in offerings, brand recognition is growing, financial backing from company to grow SIG group

      Cons

      Expected layers of management that comes with large company, not recognized as an incredible culture like the very popular companies have these days but it's not a bad culture at all.

      Pros

      All tools and support are supplied to train one asap by the Company and Manager, combined with independence and drive of the individual I've never seen such a short but very structured/effective training process. There is a nice culture, people from different backgrounds but all can coop very well together. The benefits and work-life balance are also great. In my team, we are besides colleagues also friends.

      Cons

      Employees with positive mind should have NO cons at this great company - all tools & support (also from manager) are available to deliver success personally and for the company - there is no micromanaging, which gives space and enthusiasm to succeed
