      1. Flexible work time: 9~10 am to 6 pm. No need to punch in. 2. Good office condition: comfortable desk/chairs; large pantry at each floor with coffeemaker, icemaker, several microwave ovens and refrigerators; gym ; comfortable and relaxed ambience in the relationship with collegues. 3. Wellbeings: High-configuration social and commercial insurance (spouses and children also taken into account); ESPP ; Annual leave 144 hr (18 work days) per year for new hire, increasing by length of service ; Frequent free fitness courses and other health/entertainment activities; group traveling each year. 4. Ample available resources and supports from team/manager and BU. Managers are load-aware for team members. 5. Chances to come into contact with advanced semiconductor technology and get high level view over the whole industry.

      Cons

      1. Essentially EDA company is a software company rather than a semiconductor design company, somewhat it focuses more on software improvement. 2. Need a long time to obtain technique/skills in depth since somewhat the routine work is not high-level technically demanding, though the upper limit could be high.
