Great culture, pay average or below average, boring sometimes
Pros
Most of the folks you daily interact with are nice people, so you usually enjoy working with your colleagues. It's possible to have talks and let your concerns know to upper management up to CEO. Depending on your team, you might work in quite interesting problems.
Cons
Pay is below average for the software industry. They are constantly pushing to get better return for every engineer they have, meaning sometimes the end up micromanaging and make you fill lots of reports of your weekly work, monthly work, commitments for next quarters, among other reports about what you were doing. Sometimes your work might get boring and stressful. They do reorganizations quite often. So when you are getting used to some way of work, then everything changes and you have to readapt.
