Pros

Work Like balance is very Good. The Place where I am working (Delhi) is very good and the environment is very informal. Timings are flexible and Leave structure is also very good.

Cons

Pay Package is somewhat less than other big players like Intel, Qualcomm.

Pros

Work-life balance is fine. Pay is good in this country considering workload. Development pace is steady and project schedule isn't too tight most of the time so we can concentrate more on quality.

Cons

EDA industry isn't growing fast these days. (It's not company's fault anyway)
