leader in the industry, big brands

Cons

Many Colleagues here is not productive. And it makes productive person do much more works and work overtime. Really bad management but it depends on Who your manager is. Some managers make here an unfriendly place to work. I had to leave so I won't be brain-washed that "woman is not supposed to take big challenges". Many people left Synopsys here and they have to pay unqualified people More to keep the R&D running

Cons
