Pros
Great environment with awesome people. Awsome learning materials with free coursera classes included.
Cons
Lack of communication within teams. Some team leads don't have the necessary soft skills. They are struggling in keeping younger generation, some times work is boring. There no excitement, no thinking out of the box, you can only implement what is defined in the specification (it's not their fault, it's just how this industry works). Most people work on the same thing for years...
