      Excellent Benefits for both full and part time employees Commission structure allows for pay based on performance You only have to work 30 hours to be considered full time Generous PTO providing for a good work life balance

      Cons

      Measured on every single metric possible and more being added quarterly Unrealistic sales goals during months that are historically slow for the wireless industry Company politics. Be prepared to kiss your district manager and director of sales butts to get anywhere in this company
